I am a procurement and project management professional with more than 20 years of international experience in sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, operations and project coordination.
Throughout my career, I have worked across different business environments, developing a strong ability to connect commercial objectives with practical execution. My experience spans strategic procurement, supplier scouting and qualification, contract negotiation, cost optimization, production coordination, logistics and project management.
Today, I help international companies source, operate and build reliable business relationships in Italy.

I know how things work on the ground.
Finding the right Italian supplier is not simply a matter of searching online.
It means understanding capabilities, evaluating reliability, comparing costs, negotiating commercial conditions, communicating technical requirements and making sure that what has been agreed is actually delivered.
This is where I add value.
I identify and vet Italian manufacturers and subcontractors, negotiate on behalf of my clients, coordinate suppliers and production, monitor risks and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
My project management background also allows me to look beyond individual purchases. I understand how suppliers, people, timelines, budgets and logistics interact—and how a problem in one area can quickly affect the entire project. I am PMP® certified and experienced in managing complex projects from planning through execution.

I don't simply provide a list of suppliers or recommendations and step away.
I stay involved when needed: joining meetings, supporting negotiations, coordinating local partners, following production, addressing unexpected issues and helping international clients navigate the practical realities of working in Italy.
My strengths are built around negotiation, problem solving, strategic thinking and coordination. I am particularly comfortable working across cultures and bringing different stakeholders together around a common objective.
For companies without an established presence in Italy, I can act as an extension of their team—a trusted local point of contact who understands both the international client's expectations and the Italian business environment.
Whether the requirement is to identify a manufacturing partner, negotiate with suppliers, coordinate a complex project, manage local operations or resolve an unexpected problem, my role is simple: to make things happen in Italy.
